Tina contacted our Buffalo Bath Pros branch after she had already received estimates from 2 or 3 other companies. None of them would give her a ballpark over the phone, and all of the companies that came out for estimates were offering just one product: cheap acrylic. Our office admin took the call and, after learning a little bit about the project, quoted an honest ballpark over the phone in cultured stone slab, complete with a stone composite shower pan. Tammy scheduled us to come out later that week.
After designing her shower (she had already visited our Design Your Own page and knew what she wanted before we even got there), Tina and her husband Rick decided to also replace the floor. We picked out a composite LVP together and put them on the calendar ~7 weeks from our appointment. Aside for a few minor finish issues, which we rectified approximately one week after the initial install, there were no major problems with this install. Photos attached.
