John reached out to finally get the ball rolling on his long-awaited bathroom remodel. He already knew exactly what he wanted: a walk-in shower to replace his existing tub—something durable and high-end, not just another acrylic system. That’s where we came in. After a bit of back and forth pricing out different combinations, John let us know he was ready to move forward. We collected a standard 40% deposit to lock in his calendar spot—at the time, we were already booking out about ten weeks—and officially welcomed him to the Buffalo Bath Pros family.
Fortunately, there weren’t too many surprises on this job. The shower came out looking fantastic. This particular installation featured a recessed niche, placed high and out of the splash zone, a flip-up seat, and a custom Onyx Collection bypass door with privacy-enhancing “rain glass.” We also wrapped the existing ceiling in matching cultured stone for a clean, seamless finish.
The 48″ hardwood vanity was installed with a custom-matched vanity top and fixtures to tie the room together. The entire remodel took about five days, wrapping up on a Friday afternoon without a hitch.
