With more than 20 years of experience in construction and home improvement, Tom Wolff has spent much of his career learning what separates an average remodeling project from an exceptional one. After working for both local contractors and national “one-day bath” companies, he founded Bath Pros around a simple philosophy: intentional remodeling.

For Tom, that means quality craftsmanship, premium materials, transparent communication, and a commitment to doing things the right way—even when it takes more time and effort. It also means working every day to be the best at what we do and never becoming complacent with “good enough.” Those values still continue to shape every Bath Pros project today.

He lives and works in Manlius with his wife, Emily, and their dog, Shadow.

As Director of Operations, Joshua Brodnicki oversees every Bath Pros project from before construction begins through final completion, helping ensure a smooth and organized remodeling experience for homeowners.

With years of hands-on construction and remodeling experience, Josh brings practical knowledge to project planning, material coordination, scheduling, and installation management. He works closely with homeowners, installers, and suppliers to keep projects moving forward while maintaining the standards of craftsmanship and professionalism Bath Pros is known for.

A lifelong Central New York resident, Josh lives in Rome with his wife Alyssa and their three children.

Emily Wolff brings more than 15 years of experience in customer service, account management, and digital marketing to Bath Pros. As Marketing & Office Manager, she oversees the company’s marketing initiatives, brand presence, and customer communications while helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

If you’ve seen a Bath Pros magazine article, social media post, trade show display, billboard, or educational blog article, there’s a good chance Emily played a role in bringing it to life and keeping it up to date. She is also often one of the first people homeowners interact with, whether answering questions, coordinating appointments, or responding to emails.

Emily takes pride in creating a positive experience for every homeowner and helping maintain the level of communication and professionalism Bath Pros is known for. She lives and works in Manlius with her husband Tom and their dog Shadow.

With a background in carpentry and a meticulous attention to detail, Vincent Aponte brings a high level of craftsmanship to every Bath Pros project. As one of our lead remodelers, he oversees many of the bathroom remodels we complete throughout Central New York.

Vinny is frequently praised by homeowners not only for the quality of his work, but also for the respect he shows both them and their homes throughout the remodeling process. He is constantly looking for ways to improve his craft and believes that “almost finished” is never truly finished. Whether it’s a small detail or a major installation challenge, Vinny is committed to doing the job right and seeing every project through to completion.

A longtime Utica-area resident, he lives with his wife Kayla and their two children.
