With an extensive background in home remodeling, Tom brings his decades of experiences to Bath Pros.  After working under other national “1-day” bath companies and having seen both what works and what doesn’t work, he is dedicated to bringing a quality product at a fair price to homeowners in Syracuse, NY. Tom lives and works alongside his wife, Emily, and their puppy, Shadow, in Manlius.

Josh oversees all Bath Pros operations from client hand-off to project completion, ensuring a smooth transition for all clients. His years of hands-on construction and remodel experience lend him expertise in bathroom installations and in resource allocation, making him a great manager for our installation teams. A native of Central New York, Josh is incredibly knowledgeable about the area. He lives in Rome with his wife Alyssa and their three children.

Emily has over 10 years’ experience as a customer-facing account manager and digital marketing specialist. Emily leads our marketing strategy and serves as our office administrator, keeping us organized, responding to emails, and talking to homeowners on the phone. She is often the first point of contact with our clients.

Previously a carpenter with a meticulous attention to detail, Vinny brings an unmatched level of craftsmanship to Bath Pros team, and we are thrilled to have him with us. As a Syracuse Bath Pros install technician, he leads most Central New York remodels. A long-time resident of Utica, Vinny lives with his wife Kayla and their two children.

CJ has years of experience providing homeowners with solutions to their problems.  As a newer project manager with Syracuse Bath Pros, he oversees the entire scope of the job from estimate to installation.  For most of Central New York, CJ is the point of contact and face associated with our company.
