Bath Pros is a locally owned, family-run bathroom remodeling company headquartered in Manlius, NY. We serve homeowners throughout Central New York — including the Syracuse and Utica areas — specializing in high-quality walk-in showers, tub-to-shower conversions, and fully custom bathroom remodels.
We are not a franchise or national chain. Every project is managed and installed by our trusted local team, not rotating subcontractors. Bath Pros operates with a small, dedicated team and intentionally maintains a limited project schedule to ensure direct oversight, consistent craftsmanship, and a highly controlled remodeling experience from start to finish.

How We Work
Work Process

Personalized Design
Work with one of our experienced project managers to build your ideal bathroom from the comfort of your own home. Select from dozens of stone variations and choose from multiple manufacturers. Your Bath Pros rep will walk you through the whole process without any pressure.

Scheduling
Once your bath or shower is designed, we will schedule an installation that fits your schedule. Installations are currently booked out two months in advance.

Installation
We will generally install a stone slab surround and can’t promise we will be in and out in a day. In fact, most of our jobs take 3-5 days. Quality and the “1 day installation” gimmick don’t go hand in hand, but we won’t ask for you to pay for anything until your job is complete.
